Our return policy allows for a 48-hour window after receiving your product to request a return, provided the item is unopened and unused. If the product has been used or the original packaging has been opened, we will not be able to process a return. If the product is found to be defective within 48 hours of receiving it, we will offer a full refund. After the 48-hour period, we will no longer offer a refund but the product will still be covered under the standard 24-month factory warranty for any defects. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back to us. Returns that have not been requested through the proper channels will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All our B2C scooters, trikes and e-bikes are covered with standard 24 months factory warranty (unless specified and does not include batteries and any B2B product ). You are able to extend your warranties by purchasing optional 12 months coverage extending your device warranty to 36 months. If you have any additional questions or would like to extend your warranty, feel free to contact us, however you can only purchase the extended warranty within 2 weeks from your original purchase. After 2 weeks your device will no longer be eligible for optional extended warranty.
