Thanks for purchasing our products at Eveons Shop operated by Eveons Mobility Systems LLC. We have a 48-hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return if the item is unopened/unused.
The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too no later than 48-hours from receiving the product.
If you the product that you have purchased from us is defected within 48 hours, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your return of the product.
After 2 days you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund however any issues with your device will be covered by the standard 24 months factory warranty (if the issue is related to a factory defect). We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two days after their purchase to ensure it works perfectly.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All our B2C scooters, trikes and e-bikes are covered with standard 24 months factory warranty (unless specified and does not include batteries and any B2B product ). You are able to extend your warranties by purchasing optional 12 months coverage extending your device warranty to 36 months. If you have any additional questions or would like to extend your warranty, feel free to contact us, however you can only purchase the extended warranty within 2 weeks from your original purchase. After 2 weeks your device will no longer be eligible for optional extended warranty.
